Consumption tax
Internet connection fees, communication fees, etc. (borne by the customer)
TerraSignal Plan: no performance fee or other charges beyond the displayed monthly subscription fee
TerraSignal Run: a fully performance-based fee model (a share of realized profit). No setup fee, fixed fee, or monthly base fee applies in principle. Specific commercial terms such as the profit-share rate are set out in a separate agreement between the customer and us
Fees incidental to market transactions under TerraSignal Run (JEPX market fees, balancing market fees, Aggregation Coordinator (AC) fees, etc.) are deducted from market revenue separately from our performance fee. These are paid directly to the market operator or partner aggregator, not collected by us
TerraSignal Run provides battery operation optimization advice and control signals only; it does not include the PCS (power conditioning system), BESS (battery hardware), EMS (energy management system), or other equipment. Procurement and maintenance costs for such equipment are borne by the customer

Bank transfer or other methods separately recognized by us.

Payment Timing

Bank Transfer: By the end of the month following the billing month

Service Provision Timing

Available immediately after completion of our prescribed procedures.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of the service, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you wish to cancel, please follow the procedures from the service management screen. If you cancel by the day before the next renewal date, no further charges will be incurred. We do not offer prorated refunds.
